NSW Interstate School Pathway Program | Sunday 3 February 2019 | Training #2
As part of the NSW Pathway Program, Rowing NSW conducted the second of two training sessions for the NSW Interstate School Pathway Program at Sydney Rowing Club on Sunday 3 February 2019. The first Interstate School Pathway Program was held at Sydney University Boat Club on Sunday 16 December 2018. These training days forms part of the process of identifying and developing junior athletes with the potential to represent NSW in metropolitan and regional crews. With a focus on rowing technique, anthropometrical measurements, vertical jump and a 2km R18 ergo, the program was open to all Year 10-12 boys and girls who were interested in being part of this program. Coaches were encouraged to attend and assist with coaching on the day.
