We all know when it comes to sweep rowing, we are nothing without our cox. Even in training sessions they are totally essential so it is time we all learnt a bit more about coxing.

As the sport of rowing grows so does our need for coxes. Most clubs have a couple of very generous coxes but with the growing number of sweep crews many of us will need to take our turn in the cox seat from time to time. This is an opportunity to learn more about the position to better support our coxes ,crews, clubs and to enlarge our rowing knowledge.

Please register your interest by emailing me at waltersue@hotmail.com  This talk is open to all rowers, their friends and associates.
