Bentleys Position: Business Services Senior Manager

Bentleys growing Business Services Division is seeking a professional and enthusiastic Senior Manager who will stand up and take charge of a client portfolio but also be able lead and manage a team of accountants. As the Business Services Senior Manager you will need to deliver to deadlines and meet firm targets while developing and maintaining excellent client relationships. You will also build strong internal relationships with other senior staff and drive business development and identify ways of adding value to our clients.

The successful candidate will be: 

     CA qualified 
     7+ years’ experience in a Chartered firm
     Strong technical skills
     Manage client base with continued development and growth
     Willingness to explain complex concepts in terms others can understand
     Keen to develop junior staff, share knowledge and mentor them
     Strong written and verbal communication skills
     Excellent organisation and time management skills
     Strong business acumen 
     Able to use own initiative
     Able to demonstrate diligence and high attention to detail
     Ability to work well autonomously and also in a team environment
     Aspiration to step up to responsibilities
