2026-27 School Participation Handbook available now

The new Rowing NSW School Participation Handbook for the 2026-27 season is now available.

Designed as a practical guide for school rowing programs, the handbook brings together key information about participation, membership, affiliation, regatta entry, safety, governance and the roles and responsibilities of schools and Rowing NSW.

It includes an Annual School Checklist to assist with season preparation, covering affiliation, Rowing Manager access, student and coach registration, safety and safeguarding requirements, and regatta preparation. It also outlines regatta entry processes and fees, the new Rowing NSW App, volunteer and umpire opportunities, insurance, and shared facility responsibilities.

We encourage all Heads of Rowing, Directors of Sport, coaches and school administrators to read the handbook ahead of the new season and use it as a reference throughout 2026-27.
