Marquee bookings at RNSW regattas at SIRC

Clubs and schools wishing to erect an external marquee at a Rowing NSW regatta at the Sydney International Regatta Centre must book directly with SIRC. Rowing NSW does not manage marquee bookings or allocate marquee locations.

Marquee space is available on a first come, first served basis, subject to availability, and SIRC will determine the location of each marquee.

Penrith Party Hire is SIRC's preferred marquee provider. Clubs and schools may use another professional marquee provider; however, the provider will need to supply SIRC with the required documentation, including evidence of public liability insurance. All marquees must be pre-booked with SIRC before being erected, and SIRC's conditions and applicable fees apply.
