RNSW x BREWYD

Rowing NSW is excited to announce a new partnership with Break Records, Even When You're Down (BREWYD), a human performance company dedicated to helping organisations and athletes perform at their best.

We're looking forward to bringing our two worlds together for The Transferable Laws of Excellence - a High Performance in Business Event, set for Friday 13 November at the Four Seasons Hotel Sydney.

What separates elite performers from the rest, whether sprinting off the beach or leading a global business, isn't talent alone. It's the mindset, systems and behaviours that enable consistent performance under pressure.

This exclusive evening brings together rowing leaders, coaches, high-performance practitioners and senior business leaders, C-suite executives, founders, presidents and managing directors, for an evening of insight, discussion and networking. Drawing on the latest research in behavioural science, sports psychology and human performance, the session explores how world class athletes and world class organisations build sustained excellence, and how those same principles apply to leadership, culture and performance, on the sand and in the boardroom.

Guests will hear from leading voices across elite sport, rowing leadership and business, including a panel discussion, "The Science of Elite Performance: From World Championship Athletes to Billion Dollar Companies."

Proceeds from the evening will help fund an eight week high performance development program for elite level beach sprint rowers, facilitated by World Champion, Olympic, Paralympic and Commonwealth Games coaches. By joining us, you're not just securing your seat, you're helping build the next generation of Australian beach sprint talent.

Tickets: $99 (incl. GST, AUD)
Places are limited. RSVP now to secure your place.

Date: Friday 13th November 2026

Location: Four Seasons Hotel Sydney

Masters Corner: Spotlight on the 2026 World Rowing Masters Regatta

Last month, NSW clubs made the journey to beautiful Bled, Slovenia, to take on their international counterparts in the 2026 World Rowing Masters Regatta.

The largest travelling contingents came from Newcastle, North Shore, and Drummoyne, and we were also ably represented by Glebe, Lake Macquarie, St George, Mosman, Endeavour, Leichhardt, and Central Coast.

It was great to see NSW represented on the world stage, and fantastic to see the international camaraderie which is key to Masters rowing. Congratulations to all who raced or supported!

Check out the full 2026 World Rowing Masters Regatta results here.

Be a part of our next Masters Corner - we want to hear from you! Tell us what's happening at your club (photos essential) by emailing comms@rowingnsw.asn.au with the subject Masters Corner Submission.
