The 148th Annual General Meeting of the Members of Rowing New South Wales Incorporated (“RNSW”) will be held on Monday 19 October 2026 from 6:30pm at the Sports House, Level 2, 6B Figtree Drive, Sydney Olympic Park NSW 2127. 

Ordinary Business

• To approve the minutes of the 2025 Annual General Meeting.
• To receive the RNSW 2026 Annual Report.
• Receive and consider the Financial Report, Director's Report, and Auditor's Report for the financial year ended 30 June 2026.
• To conduct an election for :
  • President of RNSW; and
  • two (2) Directors of RNSW

for the term from the conclusion of the 2026 AGM until the conclusion of the 2029 AGM.

Any other business raised will be discussed with the President’s approval.

AGM Attendance, Voting, and Participation

• Members may attend in person at the official venue.
• Members may observe online via a link provided prior to the meeting.
• Voting is open to eligible Constituent Members and will take place in person at the official venue only.
