The 147th Annual General Meeting of the Members of Rowing New South Wales Incorporated (“RNSW”) will be held on Wednesday 15 October 2025 from 6:30pm at the Leichhardt Rowing Club. 

Ordinary Business

• To approve the minutes of the 2024 Annual General Meeting.
• To receive the RNSW 2025 Annual Report.
• Receive and consider the Financial Report, Director's Report, and Auditor's Report for the financial year ended 30 June 2025.
• To conduct an election for three (3) Directors of RNSW for the term from the conclusion of the 2025 AGM until the conclusion of tyhe 2028 AGM.

Any other business raised will be discussed with the President’s approval.

AGM Attendance, Voting, and Participation

• Members may attend in person at the official venue.
• Members may observe online via a link provided prior to the meeting.
• Voting is open to eligible Constituent Members and will take place in person at the official venue
  only.
