We are excited to share that Rowing NSW has secured funding through the 2025 Women Leaders in Sport (WLIS) program to deliver The Leadership Lane: Pathways for Women in Rowing in NSW.
This program provides fully funded places in one of two highly regarded governance education pathways, and supports broad cultural uplift through workshops delivered to all NSW clubs.
We are offering a limited number of funded places for women in our community to attend one of the following Australian Institute of Company Directors (AICD) courses:

Governance Foundations for Not-for-Profit Directors

Finance for Directors
Preferred Governance Foundations Course delivery: Sport NSW-hosted course, 24–25 October 2025
Travel subsidies available for regional participants
EOI deadline: Thursday 4 September 2025
Applicants must nominate their preferred course in the EOI form. We welcome both self-nominations and club-identified emerging leaders.
