Following the Club Regatta Forum it was suggested to facilitate a club volunteer discussion on how to better tap into club members for volunteer recruitment at our regattas.  Rowing NSW is hosting this discussion at Balmain Rowing Club, for participants unable to attend in person an online meeting link will be forwarded out.

Volunteers are the lifeblood of our sport, the following roles are an example of what is required throughout our regatta season:
