VIRTUAL RACING
Rowing NSW is excited to make Indoor rowing easier than ever to compete in. If you can not reach an event hub or host event, no worries, you can race from your machine at home or at your gym. All three rounds of this year's Series will be Virtual. Instructions for Virtual Racing can be found in the 2024 NSW Indoor Rowing Series Competitor Handbook.

EVENT CATEGORIES
- The following events will be returning this year: 2000m, 1000m, 500m, and Team Relay (4 x 500m).
- The following events are new for this year: 30 minutes open rate, 150m.
- Relay categories are Male & Female, Mixed then each age division.
