The 2021 NSW Masters Championships regatta (15 - 16 May) has been postponed. Due to the recent rainfall experienced throughout the Sydney Basin and with Warragamba Dam at 100% capacity the Nepean River has once again flooded, breaking the banks at Weir Reserve.

Rowing Australia (RA) today announced that the inaugural Australian Coastal Rowing and Beach Sprints Championships (ACRBSC) will take place on Noosa Main Beach, Sunshine Coast, Queensland on 21 and 22 August 2021.
Thea Thompson who was previously our Event Management Intern has recently moved into a part-time role as our Events and Operations Assistant. Thea is a graduate of a Bachelor of Event Management atthe University of Technology, Sydney.
Rowing NSW farewells Emily Kass, our Membership Engagement Coordinator who leaves after almost 7 months to commence a role with Charles Sturt University in Port Macquarie. We wish Emily all the best with this new role.

It is with great sadness that we advise of the unexpected passing of Louis Petrin.
Louis was a valued member of Drummoyne Rowing Club for many years since coming to DRC as a parent from the PLC Corporate Rowing Program, in the crew affectionally known as The Grumpies. Louis was a long term member of the Drummoyne RC committee and held the position of Treasurer for a number of years.
Rowing Australia (RA) today announced the Under 23 (U23) and Under 21 (U21) Australian Rowing Teams that will compete at the World Rowing Cup 3 Simulation Regatta to be held from 11 to 13 June in Penrith, New South Wales.
