Oarswoman of the Year
The Oarsman, Oarswoman and Coxswain Awards are awarded to the most outstanding oarsman, oarswoman and coxswain to have competed in that season, and to the person or persons they consider to be the most outstanding coach or coaches during that season. The Oarsman of the Year and Oarswoman of the Year awards may be awarded to a rower or sculler but not to a coxswain or a coach.
