Notice Regarding Reviewable Decision - Changes to the Laws of Boat Racing

Further to the Notice to Constituent Members of 20 September 2024 regarding the Reviewable Decisions with respect to changes to the Laws of Boat Racing made by the Board of Rowing NSW at the Board meeting of 18 September 2024. The time for objections to the Decisions has now expired.
In accordance with Clause 43(4) of the Constitution notice is hereby given that as there has been insufficient notification of a need for a review of the Reviewable Decision by Constituent Members the Decision thus becomes effective.
