The Rowing NSW Board has approved Selector recommendations and appointed the following Lead and Assistant Coaches for the 2026 Junior Pathway Team:

Men's Sweep

Lead Coach: Rob Black (Newington College)

Assistant Coach: Ben Whitewolfe (Redlands/Mosman Rowing Club)

Women's Sweep

Lead Coach: Philip Bourguignon (Sydney University Boat Club)

Assistant Coach: Luca Roncolato (St Catherine's)

Men's Sculling

Lead Coach: Brad Smith (Newcastle Rowing Club/Newcastle Grammar School)

Assistant Coach: Cameron Butler (Redlands)

Women's Sculling

Lead Coach: Lizzi Chapman (Ascham/Sydney University Boat Club)

Assistant Coach: Jemma Couillault (Ascham)
