2023 Annual General Meeting

The 145th Annual General Meeting of the Members of Rowing New South Wales Incorporated (“RNSW”) will be held on Tuesday 31 October 2023 from 6:30pm at the Leichhardt Rowing Club or via Teams. Members can attend the meeting in person or view the meeting online via this invite. To let us know you will be coming register via the Rowing NSW website. 

Please be aware as a delegate voting will only be conducted by in person attendees. If you are not able to attend, a proxy can be completed prior to the meeting. Please submit your proxy request to ceo@rowingnsw.asn.au by 5pm today.

The business being conducted is to:

1. Note the minutes of the 2022 Annual General Meeting; Click here for the 2022 AGM Minutes.
2. Receive the Annual Report of RNSW for the year ended 30 June 2023 on the activities of the Association during the last preceding financial year; Click here to view the Annual Report. 
3. Hold an election for the position of three directors of RNSW as members of the Board for the period from the conclusion of the Annual General Meeting until the conclusion of the 2026 annual General Meeting; Click here to view all nominees. 
4. Receive and consider the Association’s financial statements for the year ended 30 June 2023 and the auditor’s report on those statements in accordance with section 44 of the Act; View the full Annual Financial Report here. 
5. Consider such other business as shall, with the consent of the President, be brought forward at such meeting.
