Susbstitution & Withdrawal Forms Crew changes and withdrawals may be submitted online until Wednesday, 7 October, 2009.
From Thursday, 8 October, 2009, all crew changes and withdrawals must be lodged with the Organising Committee at the Regatta Office, Ground Floor, Finish Tower, on the official Forms.
The ONLINE FORM is accessed on an individual crew basis from the entry list.
Please locate your crew and click on the crew title which appears as a link in blue text.

Late Entry Form Late entries can be submitted via email to: wmg@rowingnsw.asn.au (please include the Event plus all competitor names and WMG Id numbers) or lodged at the Regatta Office, Ground Floor, Finish Tower from Thursday, 8 October, 2009.

Island Trailer Parking Application Island trailer parking applications have closed.
Unless you secured an island parking location, trailers will need to be unloaded & boats stored on the racks provided. The trailers will then be parked in area P7 on the southern side of the course.
Tent Site Application All tent site locations on the island (northern bank) are now filled. The only remaining locations are on the southern bank overlooking the last 150 metres of the course.
There are no fees for these sites but bookings are still required.
