The program is aimed at developing talented athletes currently involved in school rowing programs. It includes on and off water coaching sessions covering technique, as well as physical and mental aspects to improve your performance. You will receive unique insights from the coaching team as well as presentations from support personnel from the New South Wales Institute of Sport
Importantly, the program also offers the opportunity for students to gain a better understanding of what opportunities there are for you to continue your rowing after school and how some of Australia’s best athletes manage their study, work and rowing commitments!
Numbers are limited to ensure a high quality of coaching is provided, so submit your application now! All participants must be current members of RNSW.
