The 2012 Rowing Australia Coaches Conference will take place on 5-7 October at the Novotel Sydney, Manly Pacific. This year’s Conference has been tailored around the central theme The True Power of Coaching.

Content will target school and club level coaches, though it is intended the majority of sessions will interest and benefit all levels of coach. The aim of the conference is to assist our Clubs and Schools to grow the sport of rowing through education, inspiration and networking with like minded organisations and people.

RA are excited and honoured for Jason Dorland to be this year’s Keynote speaker. Jason is an author, performance coach and professional keynote motivational speaker and presenter who shares his experiences as an Olympic athlete, coach and entrepreneur with the intention of inspiring and motivating others to re-think their approach to business, sport and life.
