All entries must be submitted through Rowing Australia’s ROMS: http://roms.rowingaustralia.com.au

You cannot enter an athlete or coach into a crew unless they exist in the ROMS database. Any NSW rower not already in ROMS must be added by either your club/school or by the Rowing NSW staff. If added by the club or school, then that person is not able to be entered into a crew until they are authorised by the Rowing NSW.

To expedite this process, Rowing NSW has its own request mechanism in Rowing Manager and will assume responsibility for creating new people in ROMS when requests are made this way. Requests made directly in ROMS will be processed with a lower priority as the data must be manually checked against our own records.

In either case, only requests for the addition of people currently registered with Rowing NSW will be processed.

Rowing Manager Requests

Your club/school Membership List will highlight which of your members are already in the ROMS database. Those that are not will have a ‘check box’ next to their name. You can select those that are required to enter the Australian Rowing Championships and then click the ‘Request Addition to ROMS’ button and we will process them as soon as possible.
Please only request the addition of those people that will be entering this regatta as each person must have their data manually entered into ROMS and we have limited resources to accomplish this task.

If one your club’s rowers is listed under another club in ROMS then please contact Rowing NSW to have them transferred.

ROMS Super Users

Access to ROMS requires that your club/school has a designated ‘Super User’. If your club/school has used ROMS previously, then the person normally responsible for your regatta entries may already be a ROMS Super User.

If your current ROMS Super User is no longer correct, or you require Super User access, then please contact the Rowing NSW office.

Close of Entries

Entries close on WEDNESDAY 15th February.
NO LATE ENTRIES WILL BE ACCEPTED.

Please ensure all your requests for the addition of new persons to ROMS are completed by the close of business on Tuesday 14th February.
