Learn to Row - (Level 1)

• At least 16 years of age
• ASC Beginning Coaching General Principles (online requirement)
• Terminology Worksheet

• Learn to Row Coach
• 1 year of coaching experience as a Learn to Row Coach
• ASC Intermediate Coaching General Principles (unit 1, 3, 5, 7, 8, 9, 11, 13)

• Club/School Coach
• 1 year of coaching experience as a Club/School Coach
• ASC Intermediate Coaching General Principles (unit 2, 12)

• Performance Coach
• 1 year of coaching experience as a Performance Coach
• *Note entry to attend a High Performance Coaching Course must be approved by Rowing Australia and the NRCE
